- Solar Panel Maintenance Technicians will be responsible for both internal and external inspection and maintenance of solar panels, inverters, and other PV components and mentoring team members.
- Your day-to-day tasks may include troubleshooting, testing, and repairing solar panels, as well as handling materials.
Responsibilities
- Perform LOTO, IV Curve tracing, megger/insulation testing, and IR scans.
- Lead by example in maintaining safety protocols and operating with professionalism.
- Maintain PEARCE company vehicle so that it is always clean, presentable, functional.
Requirements
- Experience with electrical and power electronics troubleshooting and repairs
- Candidates must be able to comply with OSHA Standards.
- Work possible rotating shifts (100% travel is required for this position).
