About the role

  • Solar Panel Maintenance Technicians will be responsible for both internal and external inspection and maintenance of solar panels, inverters, and other PV components and mentoring team members.
  • Your day-to-day tasks may include troubleshooting, testing, and repairing solar panels, as well as handling materials.

Responsibilities

  • Perform LOTO, IV Curve tracing, megger/insulation testing, and IR scans.
  • Lead by example in maintaining safety protocols and operating with professionalism.
  • Maintain PEARCE company vehicle so that it is always clean, presentable, functional.

Requirements

  • Experience with electrical and power electronics troubleshooting and repairs
  • Candidates must be able to comply with OSHA Standards.
  • Work possible rotating shifts (100% travel is required for this position).
  • To help you be successful at work, as required for the role, we will provide a company vehicle, phone, laptop, or tablet along with all necessary tools and safety equipment.
