Requirements
- Strong experience in HVAC service, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues independently
- Experience working with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation
