About the role

  • NETZSCH Pumps USA is looking for a self-motivated, experienced, mechanically-inclined individual to work as a Territory Sales Manager for the Oil & Gas division.
  • Assist with the annual forecast plan development - Receive RFQ's and qualify them.

Responsibilities

  • NETZSCH has been developing, producing and distributing positive displacement pumps worldwide for more than 70 years.
  • The Territory Sales Manager will manage their sales territory, develop new business and grow existing account.
  • Previous experience managing a sales territory, developing new business, growing existing accounts and calling on upstream, midstream and/or downstream customers.

Requirements

  • This position reports to the Oil & Gas Business Field Sales Director and the ideal candidate will reside near a major Midwest Hub, or North Dakota.

Nice to have

  • Sell NETZSCH pumps, grinders, spare parts and service to meet or exceed region sales revenue plan as established by NETZSCH Pumps management.
  • Receive RFQ's and qualify them.
  • Review quotes for accuracy prior to sending to customer.
  • Provide required training to sales partner's staff on products, applications, competition, commercial issues, company policies and operational procedures.
  • Represent NETZSCH at trade shows and industry events.
  • Provide the Company with market trends, sales growth strategies, pricing intelligence/strategies and other competitive intelligence.
  • Participate in marketing activities as required.
