- This position is responsible for leading the entire parts department, ensuring technicians have the right parts at the right time, maintaining profitable estimates, managing inventory, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Parts Department
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
- Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure repairs are complete and efficient
- Maintain accurate inventory using Protractor shop management software
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional parts department

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, suppliers, and estimating
- Experience negotiating with vendors
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn shop management software
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Experience with Protractor
- Automotive service estimating experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Red Seal Parts Technician certification (not required)
- Monday to Friday schedule
- Ongoing training and career development
