We are designing, building, and operating the world's lowest-cost enrichment services, here in the US.
In the process, we are restoring America's ability to produce nuclear fuel to power AI, advanced manufacturing and critical industries our country relies on to remain competitive.

Develop strategies for packaging and sequencing early-release design packages to accelerate construction and de-risk critical path activities
Plan for and manage relationships with large augment engineering firms, including scope definition, deliverable standards, and performance metrics
Build and implement smart, automated workflows using APIs and other modern software techniques to streamline engineering coordination, standardize recurring deliverables, and accelerate cross-functional execution
You will own design delivery coordination and integration across multiple engineering disciplines and subcontractor scopes to ensure successful execution from concept through construction administration.
This role requires you to be extremely detail-oriented, identify real hard barriers, and drive cross-functional teams to execute quickly at high quality.

Structural engineering
MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
UF6 piping systems
UF6 instrumentation and controls
Civil engineering
Facade design
Lab design and planning
Specialist piping systems (nitrogen, compressed air, and other process utilities)

The base salary range for this role is $90,000-$175,000 annually.
Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity.
Please note that the stated salary range is an estimate and may be adjusted based on market conditions, business needs, or other factors.
In addition to base salary, for full-time hires, you may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of stock options, and access to medical, vision & dental coverage as well as access to a 401(k) retirement plan.
