Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate process documentation, startup sheets, and change logs
- Work closely with Quality and Tooling teams to ensure tool readiness and optimize cycle times
- Perform minor machine maintenance and support daily PM tasks
- Involvement in advanced production cell design and software integration
- Career path toward Lead Tech, Process Engineer, or Automation Specialist
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on process tech experience in injection molding
- Ability to read and interpret part prints and work instructions
- Familiar with scientific molding principles and decoupled molding strategies
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting instincts
- Comfortable with high-volume, fast-paced production environments
Nice to have
- A front-row seat in shaping a smarter, vertically integrated manufacturing company.
- RJG or Paulson training
- experience with startup facilities
Skills
- Producing these tools has always been slow, manual, and dependent on scarce expertise, taking weeks or months.
