Responsibilities

  • Engaging with Clients: You'll maintain proactive and transparent communication, ensuring clients are informed and supported throughout the legal process.
  • Conducting Key Litigation Activities: You'll conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, lead mediations, and develop comprehensive case strategies.
  • Advocating in Trials: You'll serve as lead counsel in jury trials, advocating passionately to secure favorable outcomes for our clients.
  • You'll maintain proactive and transparent communication, ensuring clients are informed and supported throughout the legal process.
  • You'll conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, lead mediations, and develop comprehensive case strategies.
  • Financial Support: All legal expenses incurred during the life of a case are covered by the firm, allowing you to focus solely on advocacy.

Nice to have

  • A minimum of 3 years practicing personal injury or civil litigation, with 5-8 years preferred.
  • Experience on either the plaintiff or defense side is valuable, though plaintiff-side experience for civil lit is preferred.
  • Active and in good standing with the your local State Bar.
  • Multiple state bar admissions are preferred.
  • Legal Accumen: A minimum of 3 years practicing personal injury or civil litigation, with 5-8 years preferred.
  • Licensure: Active and in good standing with the your local State Bar.

Compensation

  • Attorneys at our firm typically earn between $150,000 and $350,000 annually*, reflecting the high value we place on your expertise and contributions.
