Observe existing processes within our transportation and logistics operations, suggest enhancements, design, and implement improvements to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Develop and use models to simulate different transportation scenarios and evaluate their potential impact on costs, optimization and overall performance.
Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to accuracy, efficiency and On Time-In Full shipping across transportation/logistics functions and teams.
Implement and manage a gamification initiative to enhance performance transparency and motivate team members.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in supply chain operations and/or data analytics, with a focus on Transportation and Logistics and process improvement.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Experience with KPI management and performance tracking.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with automation tools and techniques is a plus.
Familiarity with Acumatica ERP is a plus.
