Now Hiring: In-Home Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Locations: Florence and the surrounding areas Are you looking for a role where your work truly matters?
You'll track progress, celebrate breakthroughs (big and small), and keep families updated on how their child is doing.
Sessions take place in clients' homes, so you'll need to feel confident working independently while staying connected with your clinical team.

In this role, you'll work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences, implementing individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
Whether you're just beginning your journey in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or already certified as an RBT, we offer the support, training, and growth opportunities to help you thrive.
Our BCBAs will guide you every step of the way as you build relationships with families and help create real, lasting change.

You must have a high school diploma or GED and be comfortable traveling to clients' homes within your service area.
