About the role

  • The conventions for how humans and agents plan, review, and decide together are still being written, and this role will help write them.
  • This is a role for a designer who enjoys untangling dense workflows and making powerful systems feel coherent, intuitive, and trustworthy at speed.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end design, from undefined requirements through wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Develop state-of-the-art techniques to leverage AI in design systems and processes.
  • Design for complex, data-dense workflows: dashboards, mapping interfaces, alerting systems, and analytical reporting tools.
  • Partner directly with Product and Engineering peers to turn ambiguity into clear product directions, work through tradeoffs and launch experiences.
  • Work directly in code alongside engineers, going beyond static mockups to help build and refine the shipped experience.
  • Contribute design assets and interaction patterns back to the broader platform.
  • You own the end-to-end experiences. You've led B2B or enterprise products, from the first sketch through what ships.
  • Working understanding of front-end development and how to hand off clean, implementable designs

  • Exposure to AI/ML tools and fluency using AI in your own design workflow.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience across a range of design settings and problem types.

Compensation
