Responsibilities

- Dayporter Overview The Dayporter supports the overall appearance and functionality of the property by ensuring that grounds and common areas are kept clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- This role works closely with the maintenance team to complete daily upkeep tasks and provides assistance with light maintenance and rehab projects to maintain a high-quality living environment.
- Maintain property grounds by removing litter, debris, weeds, and leaves Sweep, blow, and clean sidewalks, landings, parking lots, and trash enclosures Assist with seasonal tasks such as hedge trimming, snow/ice removal, and basic landscaping
- Clean and maintain shared spaces including lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, and community areas Monitor lighting in common areas and replace bulbs as needed Support trash removal and maintain cleanliness of trash rooms and enclosures
