About the role

  • From conversational AI to predictive analytics, we empower organizations to stay ahead in an ever-evolving digital landscape with cutting-edge, tailored strategies.
  • The AI Strategy & Transformation Architect is a senior advisory role within NeuraFlash's Agentic practice.
  • The core focus is guiding clients through AI transformation, moving beyond high-level strategy to implementation by turning ambiguous business problems into working software and structured roadmaps.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Client Advisory Engagements
  • Serve as a trusted advisor across paid advisory engagements - sometimes as the primary client lead, sometimes co-leading alongside an account or delivery partner
  • Produce strategy-grade artifacts: capability models, AI use case portfolios, prioritized roadmaps, operating model designs, and governance frameworks
  • Design AI-Infused Business Processes
  • Lead end-to-end business process analysis and redesign with AI as a core design input - not a bolt-on
  • Identify where agentic AI, automation, and human-in-the-lead models create the most durable business value
  • Stay connected to the delivery team through build helping to translate strategic intent into user stories, agent design patterns, and acceptance criteria
  • Partner with Solution and Technical Architects to pressure-test what's been designed before it gets built
  • Own the handoff from advisory to implementation in a way that doesn't lose the 'why' behind every decision
  • Build the Practice

Requirements

  • 10+ years in management consulting, enterprise strategy, or digital transformation
  • 3+ years leading Salesforce-based engagements at a delivery or architecture level (not just recommending it from the outside or from a presales perspective)
  • Hands-on experience designing and operationalizing agentic AI use cases - you've built the business case and watched it get built
  • Track record of leading executive-level workshops and strategic decision sessions, not just presenting in them
  • Experience designing future-state operating models, not just documenting current-state processes
  • Familiarity with how agentic AI constructs (actions, topics, instructions, grounding) map to real business use cases
  • Working knowledge of AI/LLM ecosystems (Salesforce Agentforce, OpenAI, AWS, Azure) and how they apply to enterprise transformation
  • Understanding of data readiness, integration architecture, and governance requirements for AI deployment - you know what makes or breaks an AI rollout
  • Strong facilitation skills - you can run a room with 12 executives and come out with clarity, not just notes
  • Ability to synthesize complex, ambiguous inputs into crisp, actionable frameworks and narratives

Nice to have

  • Experience with contact center technology and operations (Amazon Connect, NICE, Genesys, or similar)
  • Experience in regulated industries where AI governance, risk, and compliance add real complexity
  • Salesforce certifications: AI Specialist, Admin, Service Cloud Consultant, Strategy Designer, or equivalent
  • Travel: Get ready to pack your bags and hit the road!
  • So, if you have a passion for adventure and don't mind a little jet-setting, this opportunity could be your ticket to exploring new places while making a positive impact on clients.
  • Flexibility: Do you have to take the dog to the vet, pick up the kids from school, or the in-laws from the airport?
  • We know that a perfect 9-5 isn't possible.
  • So you have to jump out to do any of those, no problem!

Skills

  • The work is at the intersection of AI strategy and delivery.
  • Our clients are trying to figure out where AI belongs in their business, what it takes to get there, and how to make change stick.
