About the role

  • This individual must work with staff to employ a team approach.
  • This position is for our San Diego office.
  • The shift for this position is Tuesday - Saturday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.

Responsibilities

  • We act with urgency, deliver with excellence, and always find a way.
  • Manages customer/patient support staff and oversees special projects assigned by manager.
  • Manage time and attendance of employees
  • Work with management team to develop strategic plans to meet commercial goals and objective

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferably
  • 3-5 years' experience in laboratory accessioning
  • Occasionally required to lift up to 25 pounds
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Compensation

  • $79,000 - $85,000 USD
