About the role
- This individual must work with staff to employ a team approach.
- This position is for our San Diego office.
- The shift for this position is Tuesday - Saturday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.
Responsibilities
- We act with urgency, deliver with excellence, and always find a way.
- Manages customer/patient support staff and oversees special projects assigned by manager.
- Manage time and attendance of employees
- Work with management team to develop strategic plans to meet commercial goals and objective

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferably
- 3-5 years' experience in laboratory accessioning
- Occasionally required to lift up to 25 pounds
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Compensation
- $79,000 - $85,000 USD
