About the role

The Program Director is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of educational programs.

Develop and Implement Programs: Design and oversee the creation of courses and programs that align with the institution's goals and standards.
Collaborate with Faculty and Staff: Work closely with educators and administrative staff to ensure the successful delivery and support of programs.
Manage Budgets and Resources: Oversee the financial aspects of programs, including budgeting, resource allocation, and securing funding.
Analyze and Respond to Regional Market Trends: Monitor regional enrollment data, demographic shifts, and market dynamics to adjust recruitment strategies and optimize outreach efforts tailored to specific populations.
Support Cross-Regional Collaboration and Best Practices: Facilitate communication and collaboration among the program's teams, sharing insights, standardizing best practices, and aligning efforts with institutional goals and regional needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Typically manages one or more teams or small unit(s).
Manages large projects or processes with limited oversight.

Any advanced degree or equivalent experience and/or strong or advanced proficiency in any of the above required skills/experience.
Demonstrate knowledge of, and carefully follows all applicable state laws and rules, federal and state compliance requirements and regulations including those prescribed by the U.S.
Requires ability to influence others to accept practices and approaches, and ability to communicate with executive leadership.
Be certified as a Florida paramedic in good standing with the department, with at least four years field level provider experience in the pre-hospital environment with an ALS provider.
Computer literacy/basic computer skills to effectively navigate and utilize the technology required for the role.
