Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Collaborate with senior leadership to assess workforce needs and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- Design and execute effective recruiting strategies for both hourly and salaried positions, utilizing various sourcing methods
- Drive initiatives to enhance candidate experience and employer branding
- Analyze recruiting metrics and trends to optimize processes and improve efficiency
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on talent selection
- Cultivate relationships with external partners, including universities and recruitment agencies
- Perform other duties as assigned
- With regional offices across the United States, Moss focuses on construction management, solar EPC, and design-build.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment for both hourly and salaried positions
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Workday experience preferred
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software
