About the role

Responsibilities

  • Designs, develops, maintains, implements, and monitors comprehensive project schedules for multiple or large-scale initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborates with project teams and external partners to resolve moderately complex scheduling challenges and optimize resource allocation.
  • Analyzes project data and performance indicators to forecast risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive informed decision-making.
  • Leads post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and integrate improvements into future planning processes.
  • Supports less experienced team members in planning and scheduling issues and provides technical expertise based on leading practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • 6 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or a related field required.
  • 4 - 6 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or a related field required.

Compensation

  • $149,000.00- $220,000.00 Nothing is more important than your health and wellness.
