You will collaborate with diverse client teams, support end‑to‑end project delivery, and contribute directly to expanding our service capabilities, strengthening relationships, and growing our business.

Develop and deliver high‑quality client deliverables across Change Management and cross‑functional project needs.

Process Expertise: Experience supporting process improvement, transformation, or delivery across multiple projects.
Consulting Experience: Professional consulting background, ideally from a Big 4 or comparable firm.
Change Management Expertise: Strong experience in organizational change, business readiness, and adoption support.
Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation capabilities.
Additional Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and work collaboratively
Flexibility to work across multiple client environments and functional areas
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Passion for continuous learning, professional development, and growing your consulting craft
Join us:

Professional consulting background, ideally from a Big 4 or comparable firm.
Change Management certifications and experience in designing and delivering customized training is highly preferred.

Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation capabilities.
Education:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four‑year institution required
Master's degree or post‑graduate coursework preferred
Apply strong project and program management skills to ensure project success across large-scale initiatives.
