About the role

  • Peloton's Content Department is a collaborative and forward-thinking team dedicated to delivering world-class subscription content to our members every day.
  • You will be deeply embedded in media management, content management, quality control (QC), and delivery workflows, serving as a key connector between pre-production, production, post-production, and final distribution.
  • This position is ideal for someone who excels at keeping complex content pipelines running smoothly, possesses a strong technical post-production skill set, and enjoys partnering across teams in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Media Operations Technician, you will play a critical hands-on role in the execution and support of Media and post-production operations for our global content pipeline.
  • Actively manage and contribute to all stages of post-production workflows, from ingest through final delivery
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in On-Demand and Banked Content to maintain content quality and publishing standards
  • Handle direct file deliveries and manage asset movement, supporting seamless distribution to stakeholders and platforms
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Post-Production teams, and Vendors to ensure timelines, technical needs, and deliverables are met
  • Address and manage post-production support requests from Content, Production, and Product teams

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in German or Spanish is a plus (but not required)

Compensation

  • $84,250 - $99,650 USD
