About the role
- Someone who's in the room with the CFO, in the workshop with the business stakeholders, and in the review with the architects.
- The person their CFO, COO, or CIO calls when they need to understand what's possible with their data.
- Handle the hard conversations: timeline pressures, budget disputes, and executive escalations.
Responsibilities
- Own Enterprise Customer Relationships
- Lead Steering Committee meetings: present delivery status, navigate strategic decisions, and manage scope change negotiations with commercial authority.
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities within your accounts. When a successful order-to-cash deployment leads to a procure-to-pay conversation, you own that pipeline.
- Lead Enterprise Delivery

- ✅ Deep fluency with enterprise systems and processes: ERP, CRM, WMS, and the operational processes they support (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report).
Requirements
- ✅ 10+ years delivering complex data, analytics, or AI implementations (consulting, professional services, or product delivery at an enterprise scale).
- You know how to context-switch between a commercial negotiation and a technical review in the same afternoon.
