Requirements

- Education & Licensing
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. CPCU, ARM, AIM, and/or AIC certifications preferred. Licenses as required.
- Experience
- Ten (10) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include seven (7) years of claims management experience and four (4) years of supervisory experience.
- Skills & Knowledge
- Strong technical claims knowledge
- Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Leadership/management/motivational skills
- Analytical and interpretive skills
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- CPCU, ARM, AIM, and/or AIC certifications preferred.
Compensation
- For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 USD Annual.
