Blanton Plumbing, we're expanding our Bathroom Remodeling Division and looking for experienced sales consultants with a strong track record in home improvement sales.
Our goal for 2026 is $10 million in revenue.
Prepare accurate, to-the-penny quotes during the consultation.

Present the company, materials, and design options in a clear, professional way.
Build trust with clients and deliver a positive, professional experience in every home.
Document customer interactions and keep sales records up to date.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Minimum 2 years of experience in in-home sales or home improvement sales.
Strong closing ability with a proven track record of high sales performance.
Licensed, bonded, and insured company with the ability to service projects many competitors cannot.
We are also one of the only bathroom remodel companies in the Chicagoland area with a full plumbing license, giving us a major advantage in high-rise condo projects where licensed plumbing is required.
What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in in-home sales or home improvement sales.

Bathroom remodeling Windows Roofing Siding Doors Exterior remodeling Other home improvement industries Experience generating $2M+ in annual sales preferred.
Uncapped earning potential with top performers earning $200K+ annually.
