Responsibilities
- Elicit, document, and maintain clear business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Author high‑quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
- Develop test plans, test cases, and execution scripts for system enhancements and new workflows.
- Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Partner with stakeholders to validate outcomes and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with Technology and Operations teams to implement enhancements.
- Support post‑implementation monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Experience developing and executing test plans and test cases.
- Support for employee-led affinity groups representing women, people of color and the LGBT+ community
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, mathematics, computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related discipline.
- Experience with business process mapping and workflow design.

Compensation
- The annual base salary range for this role is $85,000-$90,000 (USD), which does not include overtime compensation, discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package.
