About the role
- This is done in conjunction with the objectives and policies of Tullahoma HMA Physician Management LLC., and the hospital, and the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Tennessee.
- A Licensed Practical Nurse in the clinic setting is responsible to the Physician.
- A Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for the assessment, direction and supervision of Patient Care in the clinic setting..
Requirements
- Demonstrates basic knowledge of conditions that affect safety and reports unsafe conditions to the appropriate person or department.
- Mechanism must be provided for contact of employee (i.e., cell phone, telephone, emergency contact).
Skills
- Continuously improves own skills by identifying development opportunities.-
- Absorbs new technology quickly; understands when to utilize the appropriate tools and procedures to ensure proper course of action. -
Compensation
- Maintains licensure, required certification and annual education requirements prior to due date.
