Responsibilities
- Manage and execute engineering projects related to solid waste facility expansions and closures
- Lead multi-discipline teams
- Develop client relationships
- Business Development-Support pursuit tracking and proposal development and contribute to business development efforts through technical expertise and client engagement
- Help develop and expand solid waste services portfolio in central and northern California
- Expand solid waste engineering capabilities profile, focusing on Master Planning, Design, and environmental compliance.
- Manage and execute engineering projects related to solid waste facility expansions and closures; infrastructure improvements, and environmental compliance reporting directly to the Principal Engineer.
- We partner with clients to deliver smart, data-driven solutions to complex environmental and infrastructure challenges.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- California PE license required
- Minimum 15 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering with a focus on landfill projects.
- Proven experience in landfill expansions and closures
Compensation
- 170,000-195,000
