About the role
- The PIM is charged with maximizing the efficiency of the project team and achieving the project goals through the best application of automation technology tools and methods.
- This position is normally assigned to a project with complex automation issues, multiple sites, and work-sharing locations.

- Promote and ensure effective knowledge sharing behaviors in the use of Fluor's knowledge management portals and communities
- Coordinate the automation scope, services, budget, and schedule
- Identify and coordinate the automation project turnover and close-out activities
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
Compensation
- $119,500.00 - $222,500.00
