15+ years of experience with Marine Corps operations, with an understanding of how
10+ years of experience within the IC, with an understanding of what offices and capabilities exist
Knowledge in joint wargaming and experimentation to refine the role of the Information
5+ years integrating Information capabilities at the operational level
