About the role
- The site consists of a team of one Site Manager, two Operators, and one Fleet Mechanic, supported by a variety of process, mechanical, and utility systems essential to daily operations.

Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement operational best practices.
- Drive reliability, productivity, and operational excellence across the facility.
- Manage maintenance activities, asset reliability programs, and capital project execution.
- Develop, coach, and motivate employees while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Effectively resolve personnel issues and support workforce development initiatives.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through operational reliability and effective communication.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with community representatives and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of the Environmental Management of Change (EMOC) process.
- Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 5 years of industrial operations, manufacturing, plant operations, or distribution experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in an industrial environment.
- Experience managing plant operations, maintenance, and reliability programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience managing assets, budgets, and operational cost centers.
