- Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, with 40-45 hours per week expected in order to achieve goals.

- The Recruiter's purpose is to provide recruiting support and service commitment on a daily basis for our Recruitment Process Outsourcing clients.

- Meet the specific needs of RPO client stakeholders by recruiting, evaluating, presenting, and placing appropriate candidates for direct hire positions.
- Contribute to the development and consistent execution of best practices in direct hire recruitment.
- Schedule interviews between client's stakeholders and candidates as appropriate.
- Present job offers, negotiate, close the transactions, and confirm start dates and compensation.
- Track and prepare reporting on recruiting activity as needed by our clients.
