Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Management or Other Technical
- In lieu of BS and 6 years of experience, 10 years of experience and a High school diploma/GED can be considered.
- Leader must demonstrate the ability to foster an environment of organizational accountability which demonstrates high performance standards and employee ownership for daily job functions.
- This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Please note that in order to be considered for this position, you must possess all of the basic/required qualifications.

- Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Broad knowledge of distribution systems, standards & equipment, and associated safety policies, practices, and procedures
- Working knowledge of applicable safe work practices and standards
- Thorough understanding of budgeting and goal setting practices and the ability to manager departmental budgets to achieve financial and operational goals
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the Distribution Engineering & Construction Process, Standards Programs
- Budgeting and Financial Management

- $15k-$25k
