About the role
- Work in a safe manner at all times and report any unsafe conditions to your supervisor in order that the situation can be corrected.
- Specific Job Duties: • Administer Hourly Attendance Policy to include timely and consistent corrective action processing and follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Participate and support all lean, continuous improvement programs, initiatives and activities.
- Maintain professionalism when representing the company.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from college or university with 2-3 years experience or 3-5 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 3-5 years in a manufacturing HR environment, prefer experience with union
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment Training
- Administer and process all required ADP Workforce Manager entries.
- Administer, document and track FMLA as required.
- ISO 14001, QS 9000, and TS 16949 Audit support as required.
- Assist the H.R. Manager as required on special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
