About the role
- This role is within Chamberlain Group's IT Enterprise Applications function.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, implement, and support application functionality, within the Salesforce.com (SFDC) environment
- Work with functional analysts and stakeholders to understand functional requirements; contribute to completion of functional specifications; create technical design specifications
- Develop changes to applications to meet functional and technical designs following best practices and development standards and guidelines
- Support production systems; proactively monitor systems to enable smooth operations; work to analyze and resolve production problems in a timely manner; resolve end user service requests
- Create deliverables according to the Software Development Lifecycle such as functional and technical specifications, use cases, test cases, and system documentation
- Develop web applications and web services using Salesforce, Apex, SOQL, Visualforce or other web development technologies such as SOAP, REST, and XML
- Drive optimization of Chamberlain Group's Salesforce.com Cloud workflows and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent
- 3+ years experience with SFDC development using:Lightning Web Components, Visual Workflows, Visual Force Pages/Components, Salesforce Data Loader, Apex (Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Apex Data Loader)
- Experience Builder
- experience working with technology integrators, IT resources
Nice to have
- Experience with Boomi, SAP BTP, or equivalent middleware / integration tools
- Intermediate Knowledge with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
- Experience with integration of phone system solutions to Service Cloud
- Experience writing and grooming effective user stories
- Additional certifications preferred such as: Platform Developer II, Experience Cloud, Service Consultant, Manufacturing Cloud and Platform App Builder

- Solid requirements analysis skills and ability to identify alternatives for solutions to business problems.
- Solid data analysis skills and ability to translate business reporting needs into specific data requirements.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders; collaborate effectively.

Compensation
- The pay range for this position is $76,600.00 - $144,700.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
- In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
- This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
