About the role

  • As a People Coordinator, you'll serve as a central point of intake for HR related inquiries and HRIS functions.
  • The People Coordinator administers talent and human resources policies and programs, balancing employee advocacy and business operating needs.
  • Promotes equity, fair treatment, and positive employee relations and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize tools and systems that support People Operations and Talent operations.
  • Support scheduling interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Develop and implement solutions in collaboration with People team members.
  • Support the development of personnel policies, procedures, and workforce planning goals.
  • Communicate and implement policy and procedure updates effectively.
  • Maintain timely and accurate HRIS data entry in ADP Workforce Now.
  • Maintain employee records in compliance with state and federal requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires by ensuring all required documentation and processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner, as part of employee experience initiatives.

  • Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • This office-based role requires frequent computer use and effective communication, with occasional travel to project sites as needed.
  • Site visits may involve extended periods of standing or walking and required PPE, with potential exposure to heavy equipment, chemicals, dust, fumes, uneven terrain, and extreme weather.
