Our partner is looking for a Data Center Design Lead based in United States.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the next generation of AI infrastructure by leading the design and delivery of advanced data center environments.
You will serve as the technical authority for large-scale facility design, supporting high-density computing workloads and rapid infrastructure expansion.
You will collaborate with internal infrastructure teams, external engineering partners, and construction stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and efficient facilities.

12+ years of experience in data center design, engineering, and infrastructure development.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong understanding of high-density data center environments, including GPU-focused infrastructure and advanced cooling technologies.
Strong knowledge of power distribution, cooling systems, redundancy strategies, and infrastructure scalability.
Experience with data center standards, including industry reliability frameworks, safety requirements, and regulatory compliance.

Preferred experience includes working with hyperscalers, AI infrastructure providers, or rapidly scaling technology environments.

Define high-density power strategies, including rack power requirements, redundancy models, and UPS configurations.

Competitive compensation package with salary ranges from $90,000 to $220,000 depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
