About the role

Estate Yountville is seeking a polished and hospitality-driven professional to deliver exceptional guest experiences while supporting wine club and membership operations.
This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to build meaningful guest relationships while assisting the Director of Wine & Membership with operational and administrative responsibilities.

Manage guest relationships through CRM and POS systems, including follow-up communication and sales tracking.
Maintain flawless inventory accountability and accurate transaction processing.
Collaborate with Guest Services, Concierge, Facilities, and operational teams to ensure seamless experiences.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical hospitality-related tasks.
