About the role
- The KML will leverage knowledge management best practices and advanced technologies, including AI-powered tools and solutions, to enhance knowledge capture, process efficiency and client service delivery.
- This role is exempt meaning it is not overtime pay eligible.

Requirements
- Ability to solve problems, both for technical issues and in situations involving collaboration with attorneys and non-legal staff/departments
Nice to have
- Stay abreast of emerging legal technology trends and tools that can improve knowledge sharing and service delivery
- Monitor and inform the group of key legal and market developments of interest to the practice group and its clients
- Produce insightful analyses, benchmarking and market trend reports leveraging data from the Firm's experience management database for internal and external audiences
- Assist attorneys and Client Development & Engagement in preparation of pitch-books and other relevant materials for business development and client engagement
- Monitor and disseminate information relating to client preferences and compliance protocols, ensuring that client-specific information is communicated to attorneys in a timely manner
Skills
- Minimum of five years of private funds practice experience in a large law firm required
- Experience with fund transactions, including secondaries, preferred
- Extensive knowledge of relevant legal practices and documents
- Demonstrated interest in AI and legal technology
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-starter and highly motivated
- Strong customer service and prompt response time to incoming requests
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrated good business judgment and analytical skills
Compensation
- NY Only: The estimated base salary range for this position is $240,000 to $290,000 at the time of posting.
- This role is exempt meaning it is not overtime pay eligible.
