About the role
- This BA will be involved at some level throughout the entire software development life cycle.
- Essential Functions: 1 - Elicitation & Analysis - Analyzes user needs, business processes, pain points, and computer system capabilities to automate or improve existing systems.
Responsibilities
- This position will perform advanced, senior-level business analysis work.
Requirements
- Experience with software development life cycles (SDLCs)
- Business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement experience
- Experience designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices
- Documented work experience with the issue tracking software "Atlassian Jira"
- Documented work experience with the requirements management software "Modern Requirements"
Skills
- 2 - Requirements Writing & Visual Output
- Uses standard templates and simple, unambiguous, and concise natural language.
- 3 - BA Best Practices & Mentorship
- Acts as a mentor to peers and colleagues in disseminating best practices and proactively seeks out training opportunities.
- 4 - Using TEA Tools Effectively
- The working position is Hybrid - On Site and Telework, with the option to work up to 80% - 100% remotely.
