About the role

UTA seeks a highly motivated attorney to join the Business Affairs department in the Los Angeles office. This executive will be an expert in motion pictures and will report to the Head of Business Affairs. Services shall include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating deals for UTA's Motion Picture division. This position is based in Beverly Hills, California.
The salary range for this role is $200,000 to $400,000 commensurate with experience and skills.

Experience with independent film agreements is also highly desired.
Experience in some or all the following areas: drafting and negotiating talent agreements (e.g., actors, writers, producers, directors), production services agreements
