About the role

  • The Director of Marketing will oversee the marketing department.
  • The team, the strategic execution, the budget deployment, and the pipeline number.
  • This is not a senior IC role with a fancy title.

Responsibilities

  • Opiniion is a resident satisfaction software that partners with property management companies to create better living experiences for their residents.
  • You set direction, build the systems, and hold the team accountable to measurable outcomes.
  • You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to drive revenue impact.
  • You write the playbook, they run it, you measure and refine it Own the Sales-Marketing feedback loop.

Requirements
