Responsibilities
- Prepare project proposals and develop project plans, including work breakdown structure, resource planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Lead project teams with active, clear, and effective communication.
- Manage project scope, change requests, dependencies, risks, lessons learned, handover, and closure.
- Coordinate product cost targets and support improvements to project management and control processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and lead cross-functional teams in a global environment.

Requirements
- Here's what you can expect:
Nice to have
- degree in Technology, Engineering, Commercial, or a related field preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Knowledge of MS Project, PPM Micro Focus, or other project management software is highly preferred.

Compensation
- Great Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary ($115,000 - $147,000), plus medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) with a company contribution of 5%, along with a matching contribution.
