About the role

The Denim R&D Coordinator supports the Denim R&D team in managing PLM data accuracy, seasonal fabric development, and supplier coordination for denim raw materials.
This role partners closely with Denim R&D, cross-functional partners, and mills/suppliers to help ensure fabric specifications, sample yardage, and quality approvals are tracked with consistency and accuracy from concept through bulk.

Own the ongoing maintenance of both Miro and PLM to ensure correct information is being shared cross functionally.
Organize and maintain seasonal fabric binders.
Manage accurate and updated FIS/QPS sheets for all raw materials and update in PLM.
Attend weekly internal cross functional meetings with business partners to understand all product needs.
Develop an understanding of JCI's testing protocol.

Bachelor's degree.
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
