Responsibilities
- Ensure timely purchase order placement and hygiene to align incoming material to support production and demand requirements
- Develop quarterly production plans and communicate production requirements to Manufacturing teams
- Develop backorder mitigation plans and manage communication and expectations with Sales Ops when backorders arise
- Own critical information such as forecasts, incoming deliveries, and projected demand throughout each quarter
- The Supply Chain Planning Manager will lead a team of Material Planners who manage all aspects of material support for their designated products lines by coordinating efforts with Manufacturing, Product, Sales, Sales Operations and Logistics.
- Specifically, the Supply Chain Planning Manager will be responsible for ensuring MRP utilization to load forecasts, determining and implementing inventory strategies, and collaborating with the Strategic Sourcing team to expedite material as necessary to support demand requirements.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, material planning, or related position
- Experience managing a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
