About the role
- The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all property maintenance operations to ensure the community is safe, compliant, fully operational, and providing an exceptional resident experience at Rambler Athens. This role leads the on-site maintenance team, manages vendor relationships, drives preventive maintenance programs, and ensures
- efficient execution of turns and capital projects. In student housing, this is a fast-paced, high-accountability role that requires strong leadership, urgency during peak seasons, and the ability to execute under tight timelines.
