Requirements
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Nice to have
- Oversee valuation, profit and loss reporting, pricing substantiation, and positional risk reporting processes.
- Assign client accounts to relationship managers based on service needs, relationship complexity, and team capacity.
- Prepare and present consolidated quarterly reporting on new business progress, client activity, and team results.
- Monitor client profitability by assessing market conditions, identifying cross selling opportunities, and supporting pricing decisions.
- Recommend policy updates, redesign workflows, and resolve complex issues that require sound judgment across multiple disciplines.
- Execute strategic business priorities while balancing operational requirements, client service expectations, and process improvement opportunities.
- Encourage participation, teamwork, accountability, and clear communication across the team.
- College or University degree and/or equivalent relevant work experience preferred.
Compensation
- Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
- $137,400 - 240,400 USD
