- Mandarich Law Group is one of the country's leading creditor's right law firm with offices in CA, NV, IL, MI, OH, GA and FL, is seeking an Associate Attorney for our Kennesaw, GA office.
- Communications with Attorneys, Employers and consumers as necessary to resolve accounts/suits.
- Licensed in the State of Georgia to practice law.
Responsibilities
- Review Lawsuits on new and ongoing legal pleadings and documents.
- Comfortable appearing in court and the ability to appear on time consistently using your own method of transportation.
Requirements
- Litigation Motions and Responses - Associate may be required to draft, review and file any necessary motions during the course of litigation.
Compensation
- Competitive Base Salary - $70K - $110K DOE Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage; 401K plan with company match Company paid Life Insurance Short and Long Term Disability PTO, Float holiday Paid Parental Leave Paid Bar Dues
Benefits
- Travel may be required, the firm reimburses in accordance with IRS published mileage rates, and other firm approved travel expenses will be reimbursed the subsequent pay period following submittal for reimbursement.
