About the role

Tayco is seeking two (2) motivated and enthusiastic Production Specialist 1 - Industrial Painters to join our dynamic team as we work toward achieving a new vision.
The Industrial Painter is responsible for applying powder coatings to finished products and components using manual and automated painting systems.
This role ensures that proper painting techniques are followed, quality standards are maintained in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and production and quality targets are achieved.

Cleans paint lines/stain booth, paint guns and performs other cleaning preventative maintenance to ensure that painting apparatus remains in working order.
Maintains a clean and well-organized work area; works in conjunction with afternoon shift employees to do so, as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned from time to time at the discretion of management.

Works overtime as required.
Must be able to understand verbal and written work instructions in English as accuracy and attention to detail is necessary for the performance of this position.

The Industrial Painter is also expected to consistently adhere to Health & Safety requirements and comply with all Tayco policies.

Candidates must be able to wear the required PPE in accordance with applicable health and safety regulations and Tayco policies.
