About the role

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and streamline digital processes.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy & Leadership Execute and manage the digital roadmap, website enhancements, and performance initiatives for Scalamandre.com and RedbyScalamandre.com in partnership with the Marketing Director and Senior VP of Business Operations.
  • Develop and execute a long-term roadmap that enhances the customer experience and supports business growth across both B2B and D2C channels.
  • Champion new functionality, tools, and digital experiences that improve engagement, lead generation, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish KPIs and success metrics for digital performance and continually optimize against them.
  • Develop digital growth strategies that support customer acquisition, including affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, and emerging e-commerce channels.
  • Web Development & Platform Management Lead and manage all website development initiatives, including enhancements, integrations, functionality improvements, and maintenance.
  • Oversee external development partners and internal resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Manage project prioritization, testing, implementation, and quality assurance.
  • Partner with the Marketing Director to develop photography strategies that strengthen brand storytelling and enhance the digital customer experience.
  • Develop processes that improve asset management, production efficiency, and content quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience leading website strategy, digital platforms, e-commerce, or digital marketing initiatives.
  • Experience overseeing creative production, photography teams, or digital asset management.
  • Strong understanding of both B2B and D2C business models.
  • Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of website development, CMS platforms, e-commerce systems, and digital integrations.
  • Experience with analytics platforms, SEO, UX/UI best practices, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management systems and content workflows.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
