About the role

- Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to performance, location, and experience.
Requirements
- Ability to listen to client needs and provide suitable financial solutions
- Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite is required
- Demonstrated success of maintaining a book of fee and/or commission -based clients
- Exceptional communication, presentation, time-management, and organizational skills
- Strong networking abilities within businesses and personal communities
Nice to have
- FINRA Series 66 license at a minimum.
- Alternatively, a combination of a Series 63 and Series 7 or Series 6
- Valid CA Drivers License (Required)
- CFP or ChFC designation preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, sales, marketing or related field, OR a minimum of four years of professional experience in financial services
- Expertise in 401(k) and other qualified plans is a plus
Compensation
- $50,000 - $150,000 USD
