Provide resources to position the team for success, including materials, equipment and human resources as needed to maintain production schedules.
Oversee various functions of the business and maintain an engaged and team-oriented workforce to improve business results.

Participate in a training process that develops new Operations
Team Leads into leaders capable of taking on future advancement opportunities within our growing company.
Help team members develop personally and maximize self-work to identify, manage, and execute the plants process improvement opportunities.

Pay Rate or Range: $71,410.00 - $107,110.00
