About the role
- This role is responsible for various functions within the Private Debt Operations Team.
- The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and detail-oriented team player with strong technical skills able to effectively and concisely complete tasks in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily trade activity by contributing to the settlement of Primary and Secondary trades with counterparties utilizing WSO, ClearPar, and BlackMountain systems
- Assist in developing, implementing and reviewing operational controls, policies, and procedures
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize a time sensitive workload

Nice to have
- At least 5-8 years of professional experience, primary focus on debt products a plus
- Working knowledge of WSO, ClearPar, and BlackMountain a plus
Compensation
- The base salary range for this position is $72,000 - $130,000.
- The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting.
- Consistent with applicable law, compensation may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and Audax reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
- An employee may also be eligible for annual discretionary incentive compensation based on performance.
