About the role
- As a Supervisor - Vendor Business Management (Temporary), you will play a critical leadership role in managing and expanding key vendor relationships while owning the financial success of your portfolio.

Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue & Profitability (P&L Ownership)
- Own the full profit and loss (P&L) performance for assigned vendor lines, including revenue, margin, and overall profitability
- Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking, including VIR attainment and strategic initiatives
- Build Strategic Vendor Partnerships
- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key vendor partners
- Lead negotiations for funding, incentives, and program participation to maximize value
- Drive joint business planning and growth initiatives aligned with vendor and TD SYNNEX priorities
- Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams
- Coach, mentor, and develop Vendor Business Managers and Business Development Managers
- In this temporary leadership role, you'll gain exposure to high-impact initiatives, build meaningful vendor partnerships, and further develop your leadership capabilities in a global technology organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in vendor management, business development, or sales leadership
- Strong understanding of P&L management, financial forecasting, and performance analytics
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Compensation
- $82,800 - $85,000 CAD
