About the role

  • As a Supervisor - Vendor Business Management (Temporary), you will play a critical leadership role in managing and expanding key vendor relationships while owning the financial success of your portfolio.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader to make an immediate impact-guiding strategy, optimizing profitability, and leading a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue & Profitability (P&L Ownership)
  • Own the full profit and loss (P&L) performance for assigned vendor lines, including revenue, margin, and overall profitability
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking, including VIR attainment and strategic initiatives
  • Build Strategic Vendor Partnerships
  • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key vendor partners
  • Lead negotiations for funding, incentives, and program participation to maximize value
  • Drive joint business planning and growth initiatives aligned with vendor and TD SYNNEX priorities
  • Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Vendor Business Managers and Business Development Managers
  • In this temporary leadership role, you'll gain exposure to high-impact initiatives, build meaningful vendor partnerships, and further develop your leadership capabilities in a global technology organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in vendor management, business development, or sales leadership
  • Strong understanding of P&L management, financial forecasting, and performance analytics
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Compensation

  • $82,800 - $85,000 CAD
